Coffee Stories
Lviv, the city where I grew up is famous for its religious love for coffee. In the pre-paper cup era, it used to be a daily ritual to sit at the coffee place and chat about arts and culture. Only years later I discovered that the over popular bulletproof coffee used to be made in Halychyna in the beginning of the century. The mixed the coffee with butter to create a rich and energetic drink. Even today having a nice crisp and bold cup of coffee in the morning contributes to starting my day well and inspired.
